What if the show is cancelled?
You're refunded in full, automatically. You don't need to ask.
Can I get a refund if I can't go?
It depends on the promoter, and the event page tells you before you buy: refunds up to a set number of days before, or all sales final. Where refunds are allowed, you request one from your order. Either way, you can send the ticket to someone else for free.
Are there surprise fees at checkout?
No. Every fee is shown before you pay, together as Taxes & fees. Tap it to see each one.
What happens to my data?
We don’t use it for advertising, we don’t sell it, and there are no advertising cookies. Promoters can email you about their own shows, and you can unsubscribe from each one without leaving KOLA. The details are on the privacy page, in plain language.
