Joining a waitlist
When an event is sold out you can join the waitlist and say how many tickets you want.
If seats come back — someone refunds, an order is released — we email the people waiting.
They are not held for you
First to check out gets them. The email is a heads-up, not a reservation, and we only tell as many people as there are tickets.
So open it quickly. If you're not first, you stay on the list for the next time.
