What KOLA charges

KOLA charges 3% of the ticket price, plus card processing at cost — 2.9% and 30¢, which is exactly what Stripe charges us and exactly what we pass on.

Both are added on top of the ticket price and shown as their own lines at checkout. Nothing is hidden in the ticket price, and no fee appears after you have decided to buy.

On a refund

You get back everything you were charged, including our fee. We do not keep it on a refunded ticket.
