A converted 1931 commercial building on the East Williamsburg and Bushwick border, with a high-ceilinged Great Room, a string-lit courtyard and a skylit studio. It runs a d&b audiotechnik sound system and hosts warehouse-style electronic parties, concerts and fashion events. Working capacity is roughly 1,500, with larger configurations possible.
