A former glass and door factory from 1903 in Maspeth, with a roughly 20,000 sq ft main hall, an outdoor space called The Ruins, and a gallery. It hosts large house and techno days and nights, festivals and art shows. Basement, a separate techno club, sits below it. Expect big-room day-and-night events with a Queens warehouse feel.
