Metro is a 1920s-era former community hall in Wrigleyville that has run as an independent live music room since 1982. The main floor and wraparound balcony hold roughly 1,100, mostly for rock, indie and touring electronic acts. It also hosts late-night dance shows, and the upstairs Smart Bar (listed separately) shares the building.
