A restored 1919 theatre on the east side that now runs as a mid-sized concert hall under Live Nation. The main floor can be cleared for general admission or fitted with seating, and a balcony wraps above. Regular stop for touring electronic, indie and hip-hop acts. It has about 1,400 on the floor and balcony, so it works for sold-out club-tour dates without feeling like an arena.
