The Salt Shed

The Salt Shed is a converted Morton Salt warehouse on the Chicago River with an indoor hall plus an outdoor Fairgrounds lot. Indoors it holds about 3,600 and the lot about 5,000, so it hosts big touring acts and larger dance and festival-style shows, often with a seasonal outdoor schedule. Expect large-venue production and crowds.
