Getting in at the door
Open **My account → Tickets**, tap the ticket for tonight, and show the QR code. Door staff scan it and you're in.
Each admission has its own code. If you bought three tickets, that is three codes — one per person coming in.
Load it before you arrive
Venue signal is unreliable and queues are not the place to discover it. Open the ticket while you still have data, and leave the screen open or screenshot it.
Turn your screen brightness up. Scanners struggle with dim screens more than anything else.
If the code won't scan
Ask the door staff to look you up by name or email — they can admit you without the code.
A code that has already been scanned will be refused. That normally means somebody else came in on it, which is worth saying out loud at the door rather than arguing about later.
