Where are my tickets?
Sign in and open **My account → Tickets**. Every ticket you hold is there, each with its own QR code for the door.
There is nothing to print and no PDF to lose. If you can open the site on your phone, you can get in.
If you can't see one you paid for
Check you are signed in with the same email you used at checkout. That is the single most common cause — people buy with one address and sign in with another.
If it is the right account and the ticket still isn't there, email support@kola.fm with your order reference and we will find it. Do not buy a second one.
Somebody sent me a ticket
It is waiting in your account under the same email address it was sent to. If you don't have an account yet, sign up with that address and it will be there.
