Reaching past buyers

**Partners → Messages** lets you email people who have bought from you before.

Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and anyone who opts out is excluded from then on. That isn't optional politeness — it is what Canadian anti-spam law requires, and the liability is yours as much as ours.

What you can see

Names and purchase history, not full contact lists to export. You are messaging your audience through KOLA rather than taking a copy of it away.
