Your team and the door
Invite people from **Partners → Team**. Roles decide what they see.
Door staff get the scanner and the guest list for that event, and nothing else — no orders, no payouts, no other events. You can hand that login to somebody you've never met.
Managers can run events and see the money. Owners can do everything, including paying out.
On the night
Open **Ticket scanner**, pick the event, and point the camera. It tells you valid, already used, or wrong event.
Already-scanned codes are refused. That is the point — it is what stops one ticket getting two people in.
If somebody's phone won't cooperate, look them up by name or email on the door list and admit them there.
