Creating an event
**Partners → Events → Create event.** You need a title, a venue, a date and at least one ticket tier before it can go live.
Times are entered in the venue's local time. A New York show is set in New York time wherever you happen to be sitting.
Ticket tiers
Capacity is set per tier, not per event. GA 100 and VIP 50 is an event with 150 tickets.
You can raise a tier's allocation whenever you like. You can lower it down to the number already sold, but not below — that would take a ticket off somebody who has one.
What you can change after publishing
Most things: title, description, line-up, tier names and prices for future buyers, and allocations.
Your refund policy is the exception. Once a ticket has sold you can make it more generous but never stricter, because people paid on the strength of it.
