Deleting your account
Under My account → Profile, at the bottom, Delete my account. It removes your profile and sign-in, and can't be undone.
Tickets to shows that haven't happened yet are cancelled, without a refund, and their seats go back on sale. If you hold any, we tell you how many and ask again before going ahead.
Before you do
Ask for any refunds you're owed first, or send the tickets to somebody who can use them — both stop being possible once the account is gone.
If you only want fewer emails, the switches under Profile → Emails do that without losing anything.
