Reports, and what the numbers count
Partners → Reports has ten: Sales summary, Orders, Ticket types, Discount codes, Refunds, Payouts, Tax, Conversion funnel, Traffic sources, and Attendees and check-ins.
Each can be narrowed to one event or a date range — the last 90 days to start with — and Export CSV gives you every row, where the screen shows the first 250.
What the figures mean
Ticket sales is ticket prices after any discount. KOLA's service fee, card processing and tax are paid by the buyer on top, and aren't in it.
Tax collected is what buyers paid in tax. KOLA collects it but doesn't file it: that's up to you.
Comps count as tickets sold and orders in Analytics and in the Sales summary, at no money. They're left out of Ticket types, Tax and the funnel.
Where buyers came from
The event's Analytics tab shows visitors, orders and sales by source. Make a tracked link gives you a link for each place you post — Instagram, a newsletter, a printed flyer — so you can see which one sold tickets.
