When you get paid
Ticket money goes straight into your own Stripe account, not ours. KOLA never holds it.
What KOLA controls is when it can be paid out to your bank.
First it has to clear
Card payments sit pending with Stripe for a few days before they can move anywhere. Nothing can be paid out until they clear, whatever else the page says.
That is Stripe's timing, not ours, and it gets faster as your account builds history. A brand new account can wait a week for its first one.
Then the hold
By default everything is held until five days after the event. That is what keeps refunds funded: if a show is cancelled, everybody is refunded in full, and that only works if the money is still there.
Some organizers are set up with a share released before the event. If that applies to you, it is a share of what has cleared, not of every ticket the moment it sells.
Asking for it
Press Request payout in Payments. KOLA checks what you owe in refunds, then sends it. It usually reaches your bank a day or two later.
The full sequence is on your Payments page under When you get paid.
