How it works

  • Apple Pay and Google Pay where the phone supports them, and a card form below.
  • The service fee, card processing and any sales tax shown together as Taxes & fees before anybody pays, with each amount a tap away.
  • The buyer pays the fees, so KOLA's fee and card processing never come out of your ticket price.
  • Tickets land in the buyer's KOLA account straight away, with a code for each admission.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details never touch KOLA.

Do fans need an account?

Yes, a free KOLA account. It's where their tickets live, so there's nothing to lose in an inbox.

Do fans get a PDF?

No. Tickets live in their account with a code for each admission, and each code scans once.
