For club nights
Ticketing for club nights and raves.
Early-bird tiers that open in order, a presale for your list, a waitlist when it sells out, and a door that runs on any phone.
- 01
Tiers that open in order
Early bird, advance and door, each opening when the one above sells out. Your crowd sees the next price coming.
- 02
A presale for your people
Lock a tier behind a password and send it to your list or the artist's. Everyone else sees that some tickets are locked.
- 03
A waitlist for the sell-out
Fans join a waitlist, returned tickets go to them first, and you see how many would come to a second night.

Ticket transfers
Fans send a ticket from their account: the friend's name, their email twice to catch typos, and a confirm.
Send to someone else
They get an email and accept it. Your copy stops working the moment you send it, so an old screenshot won’t get anybody in.

When do I get paid?
Each sale is charged into your own Stripe account when the fan pays. Once card payments clear, the money is held until five days after the event starts, so refunds stay funded. Then you ask for a payout, KOLA checks it, and it reaches your bank a day or two later.
Can I keep a night off the public listings?
A private event stays out of browse, search and the sitemap. Anybody with the link can still see it and buy.
Can fans pass tickets on when plans change?
Yes. They send it to a friend by email, and the old code stops working the moment it's sent, so a screenshot gets nobody in.
Ready to sell your next event?
Two minutes to sign up, and you can start on your first event straight away.
