Ticket transfers
Let fans send tickets to friends, safely.
Plans change. A fan sends their ticket to a friend, the friend accepts it, and the old code stops working the moment it's sent, so a screenshot gets nobody in.
How it works
- Fans send a ticket from their account: the friend's name, their email twice to catch typos, and a confirm.
- The friend accepts it, even without a KOLA account yet, and their name goes on the door list.
- The sender's code stops working the moment it's sent. One valid code per admission, always.
- A ticket can be recalled until it's accepted, and sent right up until the event ends.
- You see who sent what to whom on the attendee list.
Send to someone else
They get an email and accept it. Your copy stops working the moment you send it, so an old screenshot won’t get anybody in.

Waiting for them to accept
Sent from the ticket itself
Every ticket in a fan's account has a button to send it to someone else. The friend's name goes on your door list when they accept.

Can fans resell tickets on KOLA?
No. A ticket is sent, not sold. And because the old code dies when it's sent, a ticket can never be used twice.
What happens to refunds after a ticket is sent?
Sending a ticket stops the buyer requesting a refund for that order. You can still refund it yourself.
