Who can sell on KOLA?
Promoters, venues and collectives putting on public events. Every listing needs a venue, a flyer and a description.
When do I get paid?
Each sale is charged into your own Stripe account when the fan pays. Once card payments clear, the money is held until five days after the event starts, so refunds stay funded. Then you ask for a payout, KOLA checks it, and it reaches your bank a day or two later.
Does it cost me anything?
No setup, monthly or hardware cost. KOLA's service fee and card processing are paid by the ticket buyer at checkout.
