Send every ticket buyer to Klaviyo.
Connect your own Klaviyo account and every paid order adds the buyer to the list you choose, with what they bought, so your flows know who came.
How it works
- Paste a private API key from your own Klaviyo account and pick a list.
- Every paid order adds the buyer to that list within 15 minutes, with a Placed Order event: the show, its date and venue, the tickets and what was paid.
- Buyers from the last 24 months are sent when you connect.
- Names and emails, never phone numbers. Comps aren't sent, and anyone who unsubscribes on KOLA is passed on as a suppression.
- A send that fails is retried on its own.

Does it subscribe people to my marketing?
It adds them to the list. Consent in Klaviyo is never changed, so someone who unsubscribed there stays unsubscribed.
Do I need a Klaviyo developer account?
No. A private key from your own account is all it takes.
