For festivals

Ticketing for festivals and outdoor shows.

Tiers that open in order, as many phones on the gate as you have staff, all checking against one list, a crew with the access their role needs, and the numbers on your phone.

  1. 01

As many lanes as you need

Every door phone scans against one list, so open another lane by handing someone a phone. A ticket scanned at one gate is refused at the next.

  2. 02

    Logins for your whole crew

Managers run sales and refunds. Door staff get the scanner and the guest list, nothing else. Everyone has their own login.

  3. 03

    Numbers on the day

Sales by tier, check-ins and where buyers came from, on any phone, then ten reports to download after.

What you get

Questions

Good to know.

Anything else, the guides have it.

When do I get paid?

Each sale is charged into your own Stripe account when the fan pays. Once card payments clear, the money is held until five days after the event starts, so refunds stay funded. Then you ask for a payout, KOLA checks it, and it reaches your bank a day or two later.

Can people buy at the gate?

Yes, on their own phones: keep a door tier on sale until the event ends, and people in the queue buy it and show the code.

Ready to sell your next event?

Two minutes to sign up, and you can start on your first event straight away.
