Refunds and cancellations
Set your own refund rules.
Allow refunds up to a deadline or make sales final, review each request or let them through automatically, and if a show can't go ahead, refund everyone with one button.
How it works
- Allow refunds until a set number of days before the event, or make all sales final. Buyers see it before they pay.
- Review each request with the buyer's reason, or refund automatically inside your deadline.
- Decline with a note the buyer sees, and keep every decision in your refund history.
- Cancel an event and every buyer is refunded in full and emailed, with your reason if you give one.
- Refund any order yourself from the orders list.

Refunds available up to 7 days before the event
Can I change the policy after publishing?
No. It locks when you publish, because buyers read it before they pay. Automatic refunds can be switched on or off any time.
What does a refund cost me?
Stripe keeps its processing fee on a refund, so that cost stays with you. KOLA's fee goes back to the buyer.
What if the date or venue changes?
Buyers can ask for a refund for two weeks, even if sales were final, and you decide each one.
