How it works

  • A percentage off, or a fixed amount off once per order.
  • For one event or all your events, with an optional limit on uses and an expiry.
  • “Copy link” gives you the event with the code already applied, so nobody has to type it.
  • See what each code sold and how much it gave away. Switch one off without losing its numbers.
  • Too many wrong guesses pause code entry for a while, so codes can't be guessed.

What does the discount come out of?

Your ticket price. KOLA's fee, card processing and tax are all worked out on what's left.

Can a buyer use two codes?

No, one code per order. It applies to every tier on the event.

When does a use count?

When the order is paid. A refund doesn't give the use back.
