When do I get paid?
Each sale is charged into your own Stripe account when the fan pays. Once card payments clear, the money is held until five days after the event starts, so refunds stay funded. Then you ask for a payout, KOLA checks it, and it reaches your bank a day or two later.
Can I run more than one organizer?
Yes. If you belong to more than one, you switch between them at the top of the portal, and your role can be different in each.
Can I comp the guest list?
Yes. Issue comps by email from the event page. They scan at the door like any ticket.
